What do I get when I join?You get to experience a real co-living build before you start your own. You'll see everything it took to build this house, from finding the lot and figuring out the zoning to the purchase, pre-entitlement, entitlement and the build, including the vendors, subcontractors and civil engineers who make it happen. Don't do it alone. Get a head start by being part of it, with access to the plan library, build updates, lessons and live Zoom coaching with replays.
Can I buy the co-living plans?Yes. Members can buy the co-living design that works best for the lot they find. Because you've already watched one get built and seen how co-living works, the process goes faster. Take the plans to your local city to get them approved, or have them revised to fit your area.

Who is this for?Anyone who wants to learn how to build a co-living home and learn to run it as a rental. You don't need to be a builder or own land yet.
Do I need building experience?No. Lessons start with the basics: layouts, codes, permits and working with designers and contractors.
Is this an investment?No. CALIDREAM CONNECT is education. Watch how we do it, connect with us, and learn how to do it yourself. Members do not invest in or own any part of our projects.
Is the $13,500 a month guaranteed?No. It's an example of what the design is planned to support. Your results depend on your market, costs and how you run your house.
Is this a monthly subscription?No. This is paid in full, one time, so you can watch how we do it and then get started yourself. There are no monthly charges, and no cancellations or refunds after you join.
Can I get more private call time?Yes. Every tier can add extra private calls with Yazmín as an add-on.
Can I upgrade later?Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime during your 12 months at that tier's regular price. The limited-time founding prices are only for joining now.
